Step 1: Incoming Inspection & Working Condition Evaluation

Record total service hours, front loader boom status, rear digging arm structural condition, engine power, dual hydraulic system faults and frame wear. Eliminate seriously damaged equipment unable to be restored, and design personalized remanufacturing schemes according to different wear degrees.

Step 2: Complete Non-Destructive Whole Machine Disassembly

Fully disassemble front loading assembly, backhoe excavation device, power system, gearbox, walking chassis and all hydraulic & electrical components. All detached parts are numbered, sorted and archived into three categories: repairable qualified parts, scrapped replacement parts and intact reusable parts.

Step 3: Overall Deep Cleaning & Rust Removal Treatment

Adopt sandblasting and high-pressure steam washing for vehicle frame, front boom and backhoe arm to remove rust, accumulated mud, oil sludge and aged paint. Precision hydraulic valves, pump bodies and transmission gears are cleaned via ultrasonic technology to thoroughly eliminate internal metal impurities.
 

Step 4: Dual Working Structure Crack Detection & Repair

Step 10: Alternating Working Full-Load Durability Test

Carry out cyclic tests of front loading, rear excavation, slope digging and reciprocating travelling for a long time. Verify digging power, lifting capacity, hydraulic coordination and braking safety; only fully qualified machines are permitted to leave the factory.
