Step 1: Incoming Inspection & Overall Condition Assessment

Record cumulative working hours, frame bending degree, cargo box wear, engine power output, hydraulic lifting status and braking performance of used dump trucks. Screen out vehicles with irreparable severe structural damage, and formulate targeted remanufacturing plans based on wear conditions and usage scenarios.

Step 2: Complete Non-Destructive Vehicle Disassembly

Completely disassemble the cargo tipper box, main chassis frame, engine, transmission assembly, drive axles, lifting hydraulic system, brake components and full electrical parts. All disassembled spare parts are numbered, classified and archived into restorable parts, mandatory replacement parts and intact reusable parts.

Step 3: Deep Comprehensive Cleaning & Descaling Treatment

Sandblast and high-pressure steam clean the chassis frame and cargo box to remove mine mud, rust, thick oil sludge and worn surface coatings. Ultrasonic cleaning is applied to transmission gears, hydraulic pumps and precision valve bodies to eliminate internal metal debris and oil dirt thoroughly.

Step 4: Chassis & Cargo Box Flaw Detection & Reinforced Repair

Carry out penetrant and magnetic particle flaw detection on the whole chassis, longitudinal beams and cargo box to inspect hidden fatigue cracks and deformation. Repair cracks via structural welding, correct frame distortion, and overlay wear-resistant steel plates on the cargo box interior to extend service life under heavy bulk material transportation.

Step 5: Hydraulic Tipping System Full Renewal & Calibration

Disassemble and overhaul lifting cylinders, tipping pumps and control valves. 100% replace all aging oil seals, hydraulic pipelines and sealing fittings. Calibrate system pressure to solve slow lifting, weak tipping, oil leakage and jitter during cargo unloading.

Step 6: Power & Transmission System Overhaul

Reassemble all components strictly in accordance with original factory torque values and assembly sequence. Replace aging wiring harnesses, sensors, dashboard and control switches to ensure accurate instrument display and stable whole-vehicle electronic control.

Step 9: Long-Distance Full-Load Transportation Durability Test

Conduct continuous full-load loading, tipping unloading, uphill climbing and bumpy road cycling tests. Verify load-bearing capacity, lifting stability, braking safety and power performance; only vehicles passing all inspection items can be approved for delivery.
