Step 1: Incoming Inspection & Working Condition Evaluation
Record excavator working hours, structural status, hydraulic performance and engine conditions. Screen and eliminate severely damaged units that cannot be remanufactured, and formulate targeted remanufacturing schemes.
Step 2: Complete Machine Non-destructive Disassembly
Fully disassemble the whole excavator including working device, hydraulic system, engine, chassis and electrical components. All parts are sorted, numbered and classified for reuse, repair or replacement.
Step 3: Deep Cleaning of Structural & Hydraulic Parts
Remove long-term oil sludge, rust and sediment on booms, arms, buckets and chassis. Ultrasonic clean hydraulic valves, pumps and pipelines to ensure zero internal impurities.
Step 4: Crack Detection & Structural Restoration
Perform flaw detection on high-load structural parts including boom, arm and bucket. Repair fatigue cracks and correct deformation to restore structural strength and prevent future breakage during heavy-duty operation.
Step 5: Core Hydraulic System Remanufacturing
Overhaul and calibrate the main pump, main control valve, travel motor and swing motor. Replace all aging seals and worn hydraulic accessories to eliminate common faults such as weak digging power, slow action and oil leakage.
Step 6: Engine Maintenance & Performance Recovery
Disassemble, clean and replace engine wearing parts including piston rings, cylinder liner and bearings. Calibrate fuel injection and power output to restore original engine power and fuel efficiency.
Step 7: Chassis System Overhaul & Replacement
Inspect track chains, track rollers, idlers and carrier rollers. Replace severely worn chassis components to ensure stable traveling performance and reduced vibration during operation.
Step 8: Standard Assembly & Electrical System Renewal
Reassemble the whole machine strictly following OEM assembly standards and torque parameters. Renew aging wiring harnesses and sensors to ensure sensitive and accurate electronic control response.
Step 9: Full-load Commissioning & Performance Testing
Complete no-load debugging and 72-hour continuous full-load operation test. Verify digging force, lifting performance, slewing stability and hydraulic sensitivity to ensure all indicators reach new machine standards.
Step 10: Finishing Painting, Traceability Marking & Warranty Delivery
Conduct anti-rust treatment and high-quality finish painting. Paste exclusive traceability codes, sort complete test documents and issue official global warranty support for final delivery.
