Step 1: Incoming Inspection & Precision Condition Assessment

Record total working hours, drawbar and frame deformation, blade operating accuracy, engine performance, hydraulic synchronization status and transmission faults of used motor graders. Eliminate severely deformed irreparable equipment, and formulate customized remanufacturing plans based on wear and deformation degrees.

Step 2: Complete Non-Destructive Whole Machine Disassembly

Completely disassemble the main frame, drawbar assembly, grader blade, multi-way hydraulic cylinders, transmission box, walking drive system and full electrical components. All disassembled spare parts are numbered, classified and filed into restorable components, scrapped replacement parts and intact reusable parts.

Step 3: Comprehensive Deep Cleaning & Rust Removal Treatment

Sandblasting and high-pressure steam cleaning are adopted for large structural parts such as frames and drawbars to remove rust, old paint, mud and long-term dust accumulation. Precision hydraulic valves, plunger components and transmission gears are ultrasonically cleaned to thoroughly clear internal metal debris and oil sludge.

Step 4: Frame & Drawbar Deformation Correction & Crack Repair

Conduct full non-destructive flaw detection on the main frame, swing frame and drawbar to check hidden fatigue cracks. Carry out thermal correction for bent deformed structures and welded repair for cracks, strictly controlling dimensional tolerance to guarantee the basic precision foundation for subsequent leveling operation.

Step 5: Blade & Lift Cylinder Synchronization Calibration

Inspect the entire scraper blade, lifting cylinders, side shift cylinders and tilt cylinders. Replace all aging oil seals and worn hinge pin bushings, debug the hydraulic flow of each cylinder group one by one to eliminate asynchronous jitter, unbalanced lifting and blade deflection during construction.

Step 6: Transmission & Travel System Overhaul

Disassemble and overhaul the power shift transmission box, drive axle and walking reducers. Replace worn gears, friction plates and bearings, adjust meshing clearance, ensuring smooth gear shifting, stable power output and no slipping during long-distance traveling and heavy-load leveling.

Step 7: Main Hydraulic System Overall Debugging & Renewal

Overhaul the main hydraulic pump, multi-way control valve and steering hydraulic assembly. Fully replace aging hydraulic pipelines and sealing accessories, calibrate system pressure and flow parameters to solve oil leakage, slow response and steering lag problems.

Step 8: Engine Overhaul & Continuous Power Restoration

Replace engine internal vulnerable consumables including cylinder liners, piston rings and filter elements, clean the fuel injection system and calibrate fuel injection parameters. The engine can maintain stable power output under long-time low-speed continuous operation conditions.

Step 9: Standard Assembly & Whole Vehicle Electrical Renewal

Reassemble all components in strict accordance with OEM assembly sequence and torque specifications. Replace aging wiring harnesses, controllers and angle sensors to ensure precise electronic control and real-time accurate data display on the operating console.

Step 10: Long-Time Full-load Precision Leveling Test

Carry out continuous road surface leveling, slope cutting and reciprocating traveling durability tests. Detect flatness accuracy, hydraulic synchronization, steering flexibility and braking performance repeatedly; only equipment meeting all precision indicators can pass factory acceptance.
