Wheel Loader Remanufacturing Process

REMAN ROAD’s standardized wheel loader remanufacturing process covers full disassembly, transmission overhaul, hydraulic calibration and full-load testing. We restore used loaders to OEM performance with traceable quality and reliable after-sales warranty for global engineering and fleet clients.

Wheel Loader Remanufacturing Overview

Wheel loaders endure frequent heavy-load shoveling, material stacking and long-distance travelling, leading to severe wear on transmission systems, hinge structures and hydraulic lifting components.
REMAN ROAD standardized wheel loader remanufacturing process focuses on core vulnerable parts, fully restoring the machinery’s working efficiency, structural stability and overall durability to OEM new machinery standards.

Step 1: Incoming Inspection & Condition Evaluation

Comprehensively inspect the overall condition of the wheel loader, including engine operating status, transmission performance, hydraulic lifting system, frame structure and tire wear. Record working hours and historical faults, and formulate targeted remanufacturing plans for different wear conditions.

Step 2: Complete Non-destructive Disassembly

Completely disassemble the whole machinery including engine, gearbox, drive axle, hydraulic system, front and rear frame hinge components and working devices. All disassembled parts are numbered, classified and recorded to distinguish reusable, repairable and scrapped parts.

Step 3: Full Deep Cleaning & Impurity Removal

Perform high-pressure sandblasting and steam cleaning on frames and large structural parts to remove rust, old paint and thick oil sludge. Conduct ultrasonic deep cleaning on precision parts such as gearbox gears, valve bodies and hydraulic pipelines to eliminate internal metal debris and oil stains.

Step 4: Structural Inspection & Hinge Component Renewal

Inspect front and rear frame connection positions, boom hinge points and pin shaft holes for deformation and fatigue cracks. Replace all worn pins, bushings and bearing components to eliminate shaking and loose clearance during shoveling and lifting operations.

Step 5: Transmission System Overhaul & Calibration

Focus on overhauling the gearbox, drive axle and wheel side reducer. Inspect gear meshing clearance and bearing operation status, replace worn transmission parts, and calibrate shifting and power output to ensure stable driving and no abnormal noise or power loss.

Step 6: Lifting Hydraulic System Restoration

Disassemble and inspect lifting cylinders, tipping cylinders and multi-way valves. Replace all aging oil seals and hydraulic pipelines, calibrate hydraulic pressure and flow response, and solve common problems such as slow lifting, weak material unloading and hydraulic oil leakage.

Step 7: Engine Maintenance & Power Recovery

Overhaul the engine internal components, replace worn piston rings, cylinder liners and filter elements, clean the fuel injection system, and calibrate power and fuel consumption to restore stable power output and meet heavy-load operation requirements.

Step 8: Brake & Travel System Upgrade

Inspect and replace brake pads, brake discs and aging hydraulic brake parts. Check tire wear and hub operating status to ensure sensitive and reliable braking performance and safe travelling under full-load conditions.

Step 9: Standard Assembly & Electrical Debugging

Reassemble all components strictly in accordance with OEM assembly sequences and torque standards. Replace aging wiring harnesses and electrical components, and complete overall electrical system debugging to ensure sensitive and accurate instrument display and electronic control response.

Step 10: Full-load Test & Factory Acceptance

Carry out continuous full-load shoveling, lifting and travelling composite operation tests. Verify power performance, hydraulic response, transmission stability and braking safety to ensure all technical indicators reach new machinery standards before delivery.

Step 11: Finishing Painting, Marking & Warranty Filing

Complete overall anti-rust treatment and high-quality finish painting, paste exclusive traceability identification, sort complete inspection and replacement documents, and provide official long-term global warranty service.
