Step 1: Incoming Inspection & Working Condition Assessment
We record total working hours, frame deformation status, transmission operating conditions and hydraulic pushing system faults of used bulldozers. Unrepairable severely damaged equipment will be eliminated, and customized remanufacturing schemes will be formulated.
Step 2: Complete Non-destructive Whole Machine Disassembly
The entire bulldozer is fully split into structural frame, walking chassis, power assembly, steering clutch, push blade and hydraulic components. All spare parts are numbered, classified and archived into repairable, replaceable and reusable categories.
Step 3: Overall Deep Cleaning & Rust Removal Treatment
Large structural parts such as main frame and dozer blade adopt sandblasting and high-pressure steam washing to strip rust, old paint and long-term accumulated mud. Precision hydraulic parts and transmission gears are cleaned by ultrasonic to clear internal metal debris and oil sludge.
Step 4: Structural Crack Detection & Frame Reinforcement Repair
Conduct magnetic particle flaw detection on the whole vehicle frame, push arm and blade base to find hidden fatigue cracks. Crack welding, deformation correction and wear surfacing are carried out to recover the overall structural strength for long-term heavy-duty pushing operation.
Step 5: Walking Chassis Full Overhaul & Replacement
Track links, track shoes, idlers, rollers and final drive assemblies are inspected comprehensively. Severely worn chassis components are replaced entirely to guarantee stable travelling performance and reduce bumping during construction.
Step 6: Transmission & Steering System Calibration
Disassemble and overhaul steering clutch, torque converter and gearbox. Adjust internal clearance and replace worn friction plates, ensuring flexible steering, stable power output and no stalling under heavy pushing load.
Step 7: Hydraulic Pushing System Restoration
Overhaul lift cylinders, tilt cylinders and main hydraulic valves, renew all aging sealing components and hydraulic pipelines. Calibrate hydraulic pressure to solve slow blade lifting, insufficient pushing force and oil leakage failures.
Step 8: Engine Overhaul & Power Performance Recovery
Replace engine internal worn consumables including cylinder liners, piston rings and bearings, calibrate fuel injection parameters. The engine regains rated power output and excellent heat dissipation performance adapting to continuous mine operation.
Step 9: Standardized Assembly & Electrical System Renewal
Reassemble all components strictly following OEM torque standards and assembly sequence. Replace aging wiring harnesses and sensors to ensure accurate instrument display and reliable whole-machine electronic control.
Step 10: 72-hour Full-load Durability Testing
Carry out continuous soil pushing, ramp climbing and heavy-load travelling tests. Check pushing power, steering flexibility, chassis stability and hydraulic tightness; only equipment with all indicators qualified can pass inspection.
