The first step of formal industrial remanufacturing is thorough full-machine disassembly, which is the core difference between our products and simple cosmetic refurbishment.
We completely split the whole used excavator into frame assembly, power system, hydraulic assembly, walking device, cab and all scattered wearing parts one by one. Professional technicians use magnetic particle and ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment to scan the main frame, boom, arm and bucket connection positions comprehensively:
- All tiny fatigue cracks generated by long-term vibration and heavy impact in mining scenarios are fully marked;
- Overall frame torsion deformation data is measured accurately for subsequent correction;
- Welding stress concentration areas are reinforced to avoid fracture risks during later heavy digging work.
All unqualified aging structural parts are discarded directly, only intact base metal components enter the follow-up restoration procedure.

Core Power & Hydraulic System Overhaul (Key to Mining Durability)
- Diesel Engine Remanufacturing: The engine is completely disassembled, cylinder liners, pistons, bearings and sealing kits are all replaced with brand-new original matching accessories. Fuel injection system is debugged precisely to ensure stable power output, lower fuel consumption and strong torque for rock breaking and soil excavation.
- Main Hydraulic Pump & Valve Group Renewal: Worn hydraulic plunger pumps, distribution valves and rotary motors are overhauled entirely. Internal clearance is restored to factory standards, effectively solving common problems of slow action, insufficient digging force and hydraulic oil leakage on used mining excavators.

Chassis, Walking & Working Device Renewal for Harsh Mine Roads
- Tracks, track rollers, carrier rollers and driving gears are all replaced with new heavy-duty wear-resistant parts customized for mining conditions;
- The boom, stick and bucket hinge pin assemblies are updated, lubrication passages are dredged and optimized to reduce wear during frequent excavation and unloading;
- Reinforced rock bucket with thickened steel plate is installed as standard configuration, improving impact resistance when digging hard rock and ore.

72-Hour Full-Load Endurance Test Before Delivery
Before leaving our factory, every remanufactured 30 ton excavator must pass mandatory continuous full-load durability testing:
- Technicians simulate mine working conditions to carry out cyclic excavation, lifting, rotary and walking operations uninterruptedly for 72 hours.
- We continuously monitor engine temperature, hydraulic pressure, digging force, walking smoothness and system leakage status.
- Once any abnormal data appears, the machine will be sent back for secondary overhaul until all indicators fully meet OEM factory acceptance standards.
- Meanwhile, we complete digital filing of all reman digger construction test data for permanent quality traceability.
